Privacy Policy - WrapForce

This is a plain-English summary of how WrapForce ("we," "us") handles data for shops that use our software and the customers those shops serve. It is written to be readable, not to be a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone) for shop staff who sign up; workspace data your shop enters (customers, vehicles, quotes, jobs, photos); payment metadata processed by Stripe (we never see full card numbers); and standard technical logs (IP address, browser) for security and debugging.

How we use it

To run the product you signed up for - storing your workspace data, generating AI mockups from photos you upload, processing deposit payments through your own Stripe account, and sending the transactional emails you'd expect (invites, receipts, notifications). We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Vehicle identification numbers

VINs you enter are encrypted at the application level before storage and are only decrypted when an owner or manager explicitly requests to view one - every reveal is logged.

Third parties we use

Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google/OpenAI (AI mockup generation, processing only the photo and structured spec you submit for a render - not your full workspace data).

Your rights

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from Settings. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its data. Contact us to request deletion of your account data outside of a workspace.
